Founded in 2022, Green Heart Tribe is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing the beauty and vitality of our community through thoughtful public plantings and green initiatives. What began as a grassroots effort by a group of community-minded women has grown into a movement to promote environmental education and urban beautification.
